These training plans cater for those who spin / do indoor and cycle. Various plans allow you to incorporate both your indoor and outdoor cycling. If you are solely a spinner or if you like to incorporate weekend rides you can keep track by selecting the plan that suits you.


 

Spin 'n Ride Combo 1 - WEEKEND WARRIOR (8 weeks)

This 8 week training plan is designed for cyclists and spinners who can train 6 hours per week/ 4 days per week on average. It is designed for a cyclist who spins/ rides indoor 3 times per week and does a longer outdoor ride on the weekend. This plan is designed to get you fit and healthy!
