HOW TO LOG A WORKOUT

Adding a new workout to your training log is easy and done in a couple of seconds.  There are two places within FitTrack where a new workout can be added from, on My Dashboard and My Training Diary.


Step 1: Click "add a new workout"

OR

 

Step 2: Complete The Workout Information

Complete the workout information by selecting activity, date and time of workout and intensity type.  Once the intensity and duration is also specified, click the Add button.
