Training programmes are designed from a Beginner level, which is suited for the newbie to Action Sports all the way to an Advanced level suited for the Provincial Action Cricket squad.
These programmes contain cardiovascular training and conditioning through running and cycling to improve fitness levels and prepare specifically for what this sport requires. Don't miss out on the action!

This is a Beginner 4 week In-season training plan for Action Sports Cricket.
The plan is suited for during competition time over a 4 week league and for those who have just completed a Pre-season plan to maintain fitness and keep the body on par during competition.
There are 5 training sessions per week which include cardiovascular active recovery and conditioning (running and cycling), 1 skills training session and league day
NOTES:
Running may be done on the road, treadmill or trail. Please check running shoes and replace if needed. Cycling may be done indoors, on road or mountain bike

This training plan is suited for out of season fitness and maintenance and caters for someone who is currently doing less than 1 hour of cardiovascular training per week (excludes Action Sports).
The plan has a combination of cardiovascular conditioning (running and cycling) and skills training

This is an Intermediate 1 12 week Out-of-Season Base Training plan suited for Action Sports Cricket in particular those playing League
This training plan is suited for out of season fitness and maintenance and caters for someone who is currently doing less than 3 hours of cardiovascular training per week (exlcudes Action Sports).
The plan has a combination of cardiovascular conditioning (running and cycling) and skills training
There are 4 training sessions per week ranging from 3- 4 hours per week in total
NOTES:
Variations of the cardiovascular sessions are permitted in the format of trail running, mountain biking, indoor or outdoor.
Skill sessions are fitness sessions done inside the Action Sports arena and is set at a minimum duration of 45 minutes weekly.

The plan is suited for competition preparation before the league starts for those who have just completed an off-season plan or are currently doing at least 3 hours per week of cardiovascular training.
There are 4 training sessions per week which include cardiovascular conditioning (running and cycling) and skills training of 4-5.5 hours per week. The last 4 weeks have 5 training sessions.
